- What do I do if my APlay files and/or my Categories are not syncing?
- For cloud-sync to work properly across all devices make sure they are all running the latest version of APlay Pro by going here: https://www.joinamazing.com/downloads
- Picking the correct way to sync:
- Merge is the best option for your editing computer.
- Read-Only is the best option for your presentation computer.
- NOTE: You can still edit shows on the computer you make Read Only...those changes just won't be saved to the cloud
- If you don't see the options for Merge and Read-Only simply disconnect from ChurchApps and reconnect.
- How do I replace the cloud file with a new one because I want to delete old synced files?
- Go to Settings => Files menu
- Disconnect from ChurchApps
- Reconnect to ChurchApps
- Select the "More Options" icon in the top right before selecting your syncing option
- Then click "Upload"
