APlay Pro Cloud Sync FAQs and Tips

Learn best practices for APlay Pro Cloud Sync setup.

  1. What do I do if my APlay files and/or my Categories are not syncing?
    1. For cloud-sync to work properly across all devices make sure they are all running the latest version of APlay Pro by going here: https://www.joinamazing.com/downloads
  2. Picking the correct way to sync:
    1. Merge is the best option for your editing computer.
    2. Read-Only is the best option for your presentation computer.
    3. NOTE: You can still edit shows on the computer you make Read Only...those changes just won't be saved to the cloud
    4. If you don't see the options for Merge and Read-Only simply disconnect from ChurchApps and reconnect.
  3. How do I replace the cloud file with a new one because I want to delete old synced files?
    1. Go to Settings => Files menu
    2. Disconnect from ChurchApps
    3. Reconnect to ChurchApps
    4. Select the "More Options" icon in the top right before selecting your syncing option
    5. Then click "Upload"
