APlay Pro is a powerful presentation and worship platform designed to help ministries display scripture, lyrics, media, and visuals with maximum flexibility and ease.

2. Is APlay Pro free for APlay subscribers?

Yes. APlay Pro will be free for all current APlay subscribers.

3. Can we use it for confidence or stage displays?

Yes. APlay Pro supports stage and confidence monitors, including custom notes for pastors, worship leaders, and speakers.

4. Does it support scripture display?

Yes. You can search the Bible quickly and display verses instantly. It even supports multiple languages at the same time—a great feature for multilingual congregations.

5. Can we brand our services with logos and lower thirds?

Yes. You can easily add ministry logos, lower thirds, and custom backgrounds to keep presentations on-brand.

6. What kind of media can we use?

  • Videos: MP4 and MOV (H.265/H.264), loopable

  • Music/Sound Effects: MP3 and WAV

  • Images: Various formats supported (jpg, png, pdf, gif)

  • Special Effects: Rain, snow, even biblical character overlays

7. Can it integrate with our existing systems? TVs, LED Walls and Projectors?

Yes. APlay Pro:

  • Imports ProPresenter, Keynote, and PowerPoint text to make slides

  • Supports MIDI controls for lighting and stage cues

  • Supports PTZ camera control with triggers

8. Does it work offline?

Yes. APlay Pro can present with or without internet—ideal for ministries in areas with limited connectivity.

9. Can it be controlled remotely?

Yes. You can control and edit shows from your computer, iPad, phone, or other mobile device on the same network.

10. Does it support advanced presentation tools?

Yes. APlay Pro allows:

  • Slide/text/image transitions

  • Custom Actions (macros) for multiple changes at once

  • Custom countdown timers

  • Multiple versions of songs (short/full) with chords

11. Can we use it for live production?

Yes. APlay Pro supports live production workflows, including:

  • NDI (Network Device Interface): Send your presentation wirelessly to live-stream platforms like OBS or vMix.

  • Camera feeds, looping videos, screen sharing, vertical screens, and ProPresenter-style flexibility for worship services and events.

12. Can APlay Pro help with youth ministry activities like games?

Yes. APlay Pro can be used to keep team scores for youth games and activities, making it useful not only in services but also in church events and outreach programs. This keeps everything fun, organized, and engaging for young people.

13. Does APlay Pro integrate with control surfaces like Stream Deck?

Yes. APlay Pro works great with the BitFocus Companion app, allowing for easy button customization on Stream Decks and on any device where Companion runs (computers, tablets, phones, etc.). This makes it simple to trigger presentations, media, and actions with one touch.

14. Can I use a simple slide clicker or pointer to control APlay Pro?

Yes. You can control your show with any standard USB slide clicker/pointer, making it easy for pastors, teachers, and speakers to advance slides without needing a full tech setup.

15. Can I update slides during a live service?

Yes. APlay Pro allows you to update slide text and images on the fly, in real time from your computer. This makes it easy to fix typos, add last-minute notes, or adapt to changes during worship and presentations.

16. Can I play just part of a video?

Yes. APlay Pro lets you set custom start and end times for videos before you play them. This allows you to skip unnecessary parts and show only the exact section you want during a service or presentation.

17. Does APlay Pro support different languages and localization?

Yes. APlay Pro allows you to set different languages for the main user and adjust localization settings so the text layout fits your culture. This ensures scripture, lyrics, and presentations display correctly for any congregation.

18. What devices does APlay Pro run on?

APlay Pro works on Mac OS, Windows PCs, and Linux computers, giving ministries flexibility to use it on their existing setups without needing special hardware.

19. Does APlay Pro integrate with service planning tools?

Yes. APlay Pro syncs with Planning Center and CHUM software, making it easy to align your presentations with scheduled songs, scriptures, and service elements.

20. Can I play different videos on multiple screens?

Yes. APlay Pro allows you to play dance videos on the primary screen and lyric videos on a secondary screen at the same time, giving you full control over what each audience or display sees.

21. Can I access ready-made dance and lyric videos in APlay Pro?

Yes. If you subscribe to Amazing Music, you’ll have access to our full library of dance videos and lyric videos directly inside APlay Pro. This makes it simple to add engaging media content to your worship or youth services without needing to import files manually.

22. Can I manage song reporting or connect to SongSelect?

No, APlay Pro doesn’t directly integrate with SongSelect at this time. However, you can add your SongSelect ID to each song’s metadata and manually report your usage as needed. This keeps your records organized and ensures your ministry remains compliant with reporting requirements.
