Help! I can't unzip my download.

Sometimes when downloading .zip files from the Orange dashboard, certain platforms are having trouble with the length of our the names. 

If you're using a PC, go to https://www.7-zip.org/ and download this free resource to help you access all of our content without issue. Once you've downloaded 7Zip, you can open the files directly through that platform (here are quick steps on that process).

If you're using a Mac, you can search the regular app store for a Mac-friendly version but UnArchiver (https://theunarchiver.com/) is a good option. Here's a video to help you use this resource.

Please note we typically do not see this issue/error with files downloaded from Service Builder so we encourage you to download content from the APlay Dashboard instead of the Orange Dashboard.
